Network Operation/ Troubleshooting.

Provide expertise and guidance on 'bring-into-service' tests and processes, day to day reactive or proactive management and capacity management.

Can troubleshoot LAN, MAN and WAN issues from OSI layer 1 to Layer 7.

Network Discovery and right sizing.

Provide high calibre technical services to 'un-pick' the infrastructure, provide/ update diagrams and documents. Amdani can also provide due dilligence information of equipment End of Life status. By discovering and analysing the dataflows network Amdani can 'right-size' the LAN, MAN and WAN capacities - could save on expensive monthly Telco rentals.

Pre and Post Sales Support

Provide high calibre, accredited technical knowledge and presence to assist in the sales and support processes. Able to supply skills and knowledge to assist in the introduction of new technology into the market.

Infrastructure Procurement

Provide knowledge and guidance on global equipment procurement and deployment - knowledge gained from exposure to Global Commercial, Legal and Regulatory requirements.
